With proper care, our premium 100% human hair wigs can last 2–3 years or more. The lifespan depends on how often you wear the wig, your care routine, and whether it has been chemically treated. Regular washing, conditioning, and proper storage all extend the life of your wig significantly.
Yes — our 100% human hair wigs can be heat-styled just like natural hair. You can blow-dry, curl, straighten, and even colour them. We recommend using a heat protectant spray before styling and keeping temperatures below 180°C to preserve the hair's integrity and longevity.
We want you to love your wig. If it doesn't fit or isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange or refund. The wig must be unworn and in its original condition. We also offer professional fitting consultations at our Gravesend studio if you're unsure about sizing before purchasing.
To keep your wig looking its best: wash every 8–10 wears using sulphate-free shampoo, condition thoroughly and rinse with cool water, gently pat dry and air-dry on a wig stand, detangle from ends to roots with a wide-tooth comb, and store on a wig head away from direct sunlight. Avoid sleeping in your wig to prevent tangling.
